Ivan spent over 20 years in the financial services industry before moving into the personal and executive development arena in 1994. He has held senior management positions in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors, and was appointed Secretary and Deputy Chief Executive of a large regional building society. He qualified in banking, insurance, and building societies, including attaining Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Ivan is an Accredited Professional Coach, a Licensed NLP Practitioner, and a published author.
